Data
1. According to DCI (Defence for Children International), 33 Palestinian minors from the West Bank have been killed since the beginning of the year.
2. According to IPS (Israel Prison Service) data, Israel holds 1,201 administrative detainees (without indictment or access to evidence), a quarter of all incarcerated (5014).
3. According to OCHA OPT (UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Occupied Territories), 591 settler attacks on Palestinians were recorded in the first six months of this year (until the end of June). An average of 99 attacks per month, a 39% increase compared to last year (which was considered the most violent so far). According to the report, the settlers are specifically targeting Palestinian Bedouins, and Palestinian shepherds communities. Since the beginning of 2023, 399 people (224 children) have been displaced from seven Palestinian shepherds communities, due to settlers' violence. Three of the communities were completely evacuated. The last of which, the Qabbun community (east of Ramallah) evacuated yesterday after they despaired the settlers' abuse, backed of the army.
4. Data for the month of July: 530 detainees, of which 42 are minors. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Resistance to the Wall and Settlements: 139 demolition orders, stoppage of construction or eviction, 41 buildings destroyed, 2,552 olive trees uprooted or vandalized by settlers, 897 attacks by settlers or the IOF on Palestinians (direct attack / destruction of property / raids / demolition of land) agriculture / uprooting of trees / confiscation of property).
Fatalities
Palestinian fatalities:
1. Mahmoud Abu Sa’an, 18 years old, a resident of the Noor Shams Refugee Camp. He successfully completed his matriculation exams about a month ago. Shot during clashes in the camp. According to the IDF spokesman, he threw an improvised explosive device. He was shot and wounded. While he was lying on the road, a military jeep approached and the soldiers shot him again, in the head. Headed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
2. Qusai Jamal Maatan, 19 years old, a resident of Burqa (east of Ramallah). Shot in the back by a settler, while he was about to return home from clashes with settlers, who raided the village. He was pronounced dead shortly after.
3. Kamal Abu Bakr, 22 years old, resident of Rummanah. Considered a wanted Islamic Jihad operative. For the past six months he lived in the Jenin Refugee Camp. On Saturday he was identified as a suspect by security patrol on Montefiore Street in Tel Aviv, carrying a bag and approaching revelers in a nearby bar. He opened fire at the security guards killing one of them and wounded two other civilians. The other guard shot and killed him on the spot. A letter was found in his belongings, in which he claimed that he did not belong to any faction, and that he did that in revenge for the murder in Burqa.
4. Nayef Jihad Nayef Abu Sweiss, 26 years old, resident of the Jenin Refugee Camp. On Monday, he was shot by special forces who ambushed him and two others. According to an IDF spokesman, they were on their way to carry out an attack. There was an exchange of fire. His body was taken with the vehicle he was driving. Considered the squad leader.
5. Khaleel Nizar Nemer Abu Na’asah, 21 years old, resident of the Jenin Refugee Camp. He was shot and killed in similar circumstances as Nayef Jihad Nayef Abu Sweiss.
6. Baraa Ahmad Al-Qerem, 15 years old, resident of Jalqamus. Shot and killed in similar circumstances as Nayef and Khaleel.
7. Ramzi Fathi Hamed, 17 years old from Silwad. Shot in his chest and stomach and seriously injured when he was driving his car with a friend near Ofra, about a week ago. Woke up from a coma after three days and even started talking and breathing without the aid of a machine. After a few days he fell again into coma, and died as a result of a pulmonary embolism. Left parents and six brothers and sisters. Quit his studies in order to help support the family. He worked with his brother in a vegetable shop in the town.
Israeli fatalities:
1. Chen Amir, 42 years old, married and father of three daughters. A patrolman in the bikers unit of the Tel Aviv Municipal Security Patrol. He was shot when he tried to prevent a Palestinian from harming civilians on Montefiore Street. Mortally wounded. Pronounced dead after several hours.

Saif Qassem Hamdan, Saleh Raafat Rabia, Qusay Jamal Khader, Osama Maher Khalil, Kayed al-Fasfous (previous strike for 131 days, released and detained again).

‣ Mahmoud Abu Tayya, 24 years old, was released today from a 6-year prison sentence, and was immediately arrested again.
‣ Mohammed Al Disi, 27 years old, was released today from six and a half years in prison, and was immediately arrested again.
‣ The request for early release for Walid Daqqa, due to his health condition, was denied again. Last March he completed a 37-year sentence, for his involvement in the murdered of Moshe Tamam. Sentenced to additional two more years for maintaining a mobile device. Walid is in the terminal stages of a serious illness, and wishes to be released and end his life at home with his wife and daughter beside him.
‣ Mahmoud (Hamoudi) Al Horini, 19 years old, from At-Tuwani, was violently arrested when he resisted invasion of settlers on his grazing land. The claim for arrest - firing zone. He says that during the arrest the soldiers mocked him, attacked him and finally released him without his mobile phone or money near Susya settlement, which posed a danger early the next morning. He was summoned for questioning and was released again.
‣ Ahmed Al-Joul, head of the Silwan Sports Club team, was arrested and released in exchange for a commitment that the team would not celebrate a victory.
Attacks by the IOF on Palestinians
Reports in chronological order, indicating the day of occurrence. No non-confrontational raids will be noted.
1. al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, Wednesday night. A raid. Clashes. Two injured by rubber bullets, one of them a 13-year-old. Suffocation injuries.
2. Al Fara Refugee Camp, south of Tubas. Clashes during a raid. A minor broke his leg during a skirmish with soldiers.
3. Zababdeh, south of Jenin, Thursday morning. Clashes during a raid. One wounded by live ammunition.
4. Qaffin, north of Tulkarm, Thursday evening. Clashes in the Al Aharashi area. No injuries were reported.
5. Beit Ummar north of Hebron, early Thursday morning. A raid and mass arrests of 14 residents, including three minors (the youngest is 14), house searches and damage to the contents. On Tuesday morning another raid and more arrests.
6. Nur Shams Refugee Camp, east of Tulkarm, early Friday morning. A raid to arrest Fatah operatives. Massive firing of live bullets, teargas and stun grenades at the residents of the camp. Exchange of fire. During the withdrawal, an improvised explosive device was set off on one of the troops' vehicles (no casualties). The wanted ones were not found. One dead, two wounded. The raid extended to the nearby Kafr al-Labad.
7. Al-Arroub Refugee Camp, north of Hebron, early Friday morning. raids and house searches.
8. Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem. Night raids on Friday and Tuesday. Searches. Arrests.
9. Beit Furik, east of Nablus. Night raid on Friday and clashes. No injuries were reported. At two o'clock in the morning, another raid and house searches. The Palestinians complained about theft of money.
10. Shuafat Refugee Camp, northeast Jerusalem. Raids on Friday morning, Monday morning, Tuesday morning.
11. Beita, south of Nablus, Friday after noon prayer. Clashes broke out during the weekly protest procession about the land confiscation in Jabal Sabih (Evyatar outpost). Suffocatiion injuries.
12. Krayot, south of Nablus. As on every Friday, settlers invaded the village spring under the protection of the IOF, who fired teargas at Palestinians and their homes. Sufocation injuries.
13. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, Friday after the noon prayer. During the weekly protest march about the blocking of the main road and the land confiscation, clashes developed. Two people were injured by rubber bullets and others suffered suffocation injuries.
14. Bayt Dajan, east of Nablus. During the weekly protest march against the land confiscation, the IOF fired teargas, stun grenades and rubber bullets. Suffocatiion injuries have been reported.
15. At-Tuwani, Masafar Yatta, south of Hebron, Friday. Hisham Al Harini and his wife were beaten by soldiers at the entrance to At-Tuwani. They suffer from bruises and fractures (Hisham).
16. Deir Istiya, west of Salfit, Friday. A non-violent protest march protesting the establishment of a new outpost on private land (June 24), the IOF attacked the demonstrators with stun grenades and teargas. They hit Moayed Shaaban, the head of the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, and injured him. He was transferred to a hospital for medical treatment.
17. Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem, Friday. A raid on houses and two arrests. Clashes. Massive teargas. Suffocation injuries.
18. Qalqilya, Friday at noon. Clashes at the southern checkpoint. No injuries were reported.
19. Tuqu', southeast of Bethlehem, clashes on Friday evening. No injuries were reported.
20. Turmus Aya, northeast of Ramallah, Saturday. Shooting at a Palestinian vehicle. Damage to the car. The circumstances are not clear. No injuries were reported.
21. Jabel Mukaber, southeast Jerusalem, Saturday. Conflicts in the neighborhood. The Palestinians shot firecrackers at the forces.
22. Nablus, Sunday. Raid on Tell Street. Searches. The Red Crescent reported that the IOF delayed an ambulance crew on first responders mission. Confiscated their mobile phones and returned them after 15 minutes.
23. Rummanah, west of Jenin, Sunday. A raid on the home of Abu Bakr family (the shooter from Tel Aviv) for demolition mapping. Conflicts developed. The forces fired live bullets and teargas. Arrests. Searches of another house. No injuries were reported.
24. Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin, Sunday. A raid and clashes. The IOF arrested a young man with special needs after beating him.
25. Jenin, Monday morning. A raid on the eastern neighbourhood. Exchange of fire. Arrests. No injuries were reported.
26. Arraba, south of Jenin, Monday afternoon. A special force in a commercial van and a jeep with Palestinian license plates, ambushed a private vehicle with Israeli license plates and three Palestinians in it, on the road connecting Bir al-Basha and Arraba. They shot at the vehicle massive fire (about 100 bullets). The occupants of the vehicle returned fire. Three were killed. According to the IDF spokesman, this was a squad on its way to carry out an attack. Reinforcements from the Dotan checkpoint. After 15 minutes in which Red Crescent ambulances were denied access, they towed the vehicle with the bodies inside, back towards the Dotan checkpoint. During the incident, teargas was fired at Palestinian passers-by to prevent their access.
27. Askar Refugee Camp, east of Nablus, early Tuesday morning. A raid for demolishing the house of Abdel Fattah Kharusha, who killed Hillel and Yigal Yaniv in Huwara, back in February. Twelve families from nearby apartments were evicted to the mosque. Clashes started. Massive use of teargas, stun grenades and live bullets. The Palestinians returned fire. The IOF fired rubber bullets and teargas at ambulances. 58 suffocation injuries, among them elderly and children. Three injured by live bullets, two by shrapnel. The apartment was blown up and the neighbouring apartments were damaged.

Demolitions and Confiscations
1. Jabel Mukaber, South East Jerusalem. The Jaabis family is forced to destroy their house.
2. Yatma, south of Nablus. Night raid and serve of demolition orders to 15 houses and two more for stone walls demolish. One of the houses is the residence of a family whose previous house has already been demolished.
3. Jinba, Masafar Yatta, south of Hebron. Confiscation of a generator used for electricity in homes.

1. Al Fara Refugee Camp, south of Tubas. Shooting and an improvised explosive device.

Settlers attacks on Palestinians
1. Maghayer Al Dir, east of Ramallah. Settlers attack the shepherds' community.
2. Khirbet Zanuta, Masafer Yatta. According to Palestinian reports, a settler who settled near the house of Yusuf Al Sharkha, set fire to twenty of the fifty beehives he owned.
3. Karmei Tzur, north of Hebron. Clashes between Palestinians and settlers. The settlement's security guard fired live bullets to the air.
4. Dura, south of Hebron. Seizure of land west of the town.
5. Burka, east of Ramallah. Throwing stones at Palestinian vehicles. Damage to vehicles, no personal injury.
6. Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah. Although the army issued a closed military zone order to prevent the Palestinians from confronting the settlers who invaded their lands, the settlers returned to graze cows in these areas unhindered.
7. Burqa, northwest of Nablus. Friday evening, armed settlers went out to graze the herds on the lands of Burqa residents, in the western part of the village. The residents pushed them off. Then another group of settlers arrived and conflicts developed. Two settlers shot a pistol and an M16 assult rifle at a group of Palestinians, kill one and Two others were injured by throwing stones. The army, even though it was already called at 19:30, arrived an hour after the Palestinian was killed. The shooting suspect was wounded in the head by stones. The settlers claim for self-defense in response to the injury.
Acording toYesh Din investigation and other testimonies, the shooting was carried out from a distance of 160 meters and not within the range of the stones, and it was performed before the injury. The Palestinian who was killed was shot in the back when he left the scene. Two settlers were arrested, one of them Elisha Yarad, a former spokesperson of an MK from Otzma Yehudit. Five Palestinians, an injured father and his four sons were arrested in Burqa. Elisha Yarad was released to house arrest, no evidence was collected from the Palestinians. The shooting suspect remains in custody at the hospital.
8. Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm. Re-establishment of an outpost that the Palestinians managed to remove a few days ago. In addition, settlers accompanied by the IOF raided a recreation park, and drove Palestinians away at gunpoint.
9. Khirbet Tell el Himma, north of the Jordan Valley. Settlers drove shepherds away from the pastures, and entered the tents of the Abu Harbi and Abu Mayoub families. Clashes began.
10. Tammun, south of Tubas. A new outpost.
11. Beit El Checkpoint, north of Al Bireh. Settlers attacked vehicles near the checkpoint.
12. Shufa, southeast of Tulkarm. Settlers blocked the entrance to the village.
13. khallet Makhul, north of the Jordan Valley. A shepherd built a fence to protect the flock from settlers. They came and demolished the fence.
14. Kisan, south of Bethlehem. A settler ran over a 4-year-old, in a hit-and-run incident. The child was hospitalized in serious condition.
15. At-Tuwani, Masafer Yatta. Settlers from rnearby outposts attacked shepherds. The army intervened to secure the settlers, and violently arrested a 19-year-old.
16. Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah. A new outpost on ancient wells, north of the town.
Palestinians attacks on settlers
1. Bayt Awa, west of Hebron. A settler entered the town with his vehicle and was Banished with stones. He was injured and the car was damaged. The IOF rescued him.
2. Qalqilya. Settler vehicles entered the city. The Palestinians threw stones. Damage to the vehicle.
3. Azzun, east of Qalqilya. Throwing stones and fire bombs at settler vehicles.
4. Tel Aviv. An armed Palestinian approached a group of people on Montefiore Street, near the bar. Two patrollers from the municipal security patrol unit approach him. An exchange of fire during which two were killed. One of the patrolmen (fatally wounded and later pronounced dead) and the Palestinian attacker. Two other civilians were injured.
5. Buraka, east of Ramallah. Throwing stones at a bus.
