General
1. The court requires the Palestinian Authority to compensate 59 Israeli tour guides for loss of income during the Al Aqsa (second) intifada, in the amount of NIS 5 million
2. A CNN investigation into the Huwara riots reveals that the army failed to protect the Palestinians, and did not intervene even though they were aware of the violence.
3. The Amnesty report regarding the attack on Gaza in May 2023, reports harming civilians without military justification. 9 of the airstrikes ended in the deaths of civilians and caused extensive damage to property. According to the authors of the report, the defense and military officials knew about the consequences, but preferred night attacks while people were at home, and more vulnerable to attacks.
Data
1. 970 Palestinians, of which 424 are minors, are at risk of eviction and deportation from their homes in East Jerusalem.
2. Since 2001, Israel has killed 20 journalists, 18 of them Palestinian, 13 were positively identified as journalists.
3. 5,000 Palestinian detainees and prisoners are held in the prisons. 1,083 of them are administrative detainees, 160 minors, 31 women and 17 are journalists. 700 with medical conditions that require treatment.
Fatalities
1. Khalil Yahya Anis, 20 years old, a resident of the Ein Beit el Ma Refugee Camp in Nablus. He was shot in the head and died a short time later during severe and extended clashes early Thursday morning. Active in the Resistance Forces. Named after his uncle, who was also killed during a raid on the city, in 2002.
2. Amr Abd al-Majid As'ad, 78, from the village of Jiljilyya (north of Ramallah). The military prosecution office decided to terminate the investigation on the Netzah Yehuda Brigade soldiers who caused his death on January 12, 2022.
Amar As’ad stopped his vehicle at a checkpoint on the orders of the soldiers. He confronted them verbally. They dragged him from his vehicle, handcuffed and blindfolded his eyes, dragged him to a nearby abandoned building and left him there in the freezing night. He was found dead several hours later, as a result of heart attack. Was a US citizen. The spokesperson for the Office of the US Secretary of State announced, talking with reporters, that the US is demanding clarification on the decision to terminate the investigation.
4. Muhammad (Hamoudi) al-Tamimi. The Central Command has decided that no measures will be taken against the soldier who shot and killed the toddler, on June 1, 2023, in the village of Nabi Saleh. An officer will be reprimand, however.

The chain of events according to the military investigation were: there was a report of live fire on Neve Tsuf, from a hill near the village. An officer opened fire, in the air, at a vehicle, contrary to the open fire procedure, or the reporting procedures. A soldier, positioned at the entrance to the village, shot and killed Hamudi and wounded his father, suspecting the Tamimi family car was the suspected vehicle. "Gaps in command and control by the commanding officers in the incident, in reports and in the communication between the forces".

During the period under review, 34 Palestinians were arrested: Dheisheh Refugee Camp 1; Ya'bad 3; Balata Refugee Camp 1; The Old City, Jerusalem 3 (14-year-old minor); Silwan 3 (all minors); Jenin 3 (2 brothers); Anata 1 (minor); Qalqilya 1; Bab al Amoud 2; Meithalun 1; Bal'a 1; Bethlehem 2; Hebron 2; Jalbun 1; Tulkarm checkpoint 1; Nablus 1; Old Askar Refugee Camp 1; Imreiha 1.
2. Administrative detentions
‣ Uday Saddam Badwan, from East Jerusalem, second extension for 4 months.
‣ Leith Kasabra, from Beit ‘Anan, fourth extension for 6 months.
3. Detainees
‣ Qassam al Abbasi, 14 years old, resident of Silwan. A raid on his house at 4 am. He was taken into custody, beaten in the police car, beaten in the interrogation room. Released for medical treatment and house arrest.

‣ Imreiha (south-west of Jenin). A couple, residents of the village, a man and his pregnant wife, were detained at the checkpoint at the entrance to the village. Both were attacked. The man was beaten, taken for medical treatment and then arrested.
Attacks by the IOF on Palestinians
The report is chronological and the day of occurrence is specified.
1. Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin. Since the shooting incident in which 4 soldiers and a settler were injured near the Dotan checkpoint, the town has been under daily siege and raids. It is surrounded by 13 checkpoint, and only town resident certificates holders are allowed to enter. No one can Exit. No one can go to the fields, no one can take the matriculation exam in the high schools.
The Palestinians claim that the raids are provocations, and that the soldiers fire live rounds to random directions, in order to force wanted persons to leave hiding places.
On Tuesday, a raid for searches, confiscation of cameras from businesses, turning the elementary school into a parking lot for military vehicles.
On Wednesday another raid on several houses, investigations in the fields. Confrontations. The forces fired rubber coated metal bullets and stun grenades. Snipers were positioned on the roofs.
Clashes again on Thursday. The soldiers fired live rounds into houses. A minor was injured by bullet fragments while staying at her home. The forces destroyed a path connecting the town to the suburbs, and prevented movement of students and workers on this path. They also raided the offices of the power company, interrogated the staff, and vandalized two private vehicles.
2. Dheisheh Refugee Camp, south of Bethlehem. Undercover abducted Ahmad Zahari at the entrance to the camp.
3. Kafr Qallil, south of Nablus, Wednesday morning. Raid and searches. Friday early morning, another raid. Shooting lighting bombs.
4. Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, Wednesday morning. Raid and arrest of a minor.
5. Aqabat Jaber Refugee Camp, south of Jericho, Thursday morning. Raid from different directions, targeting 2 houses: the Ladaa family, and the Al Jamel family. The forces searched for wanted person. He escaped. Clashes and exchange of fire. Retreat after the mission failed. suffocation injuries.
6. Nablus, Thursday, from midnight till morning (6 hours). A massive raid to demolish the house of the prisoner Osama al-Tawil, who is suspected of being involved in the killing of the soldier Ido Baruch, while he was securing a settlers' march to Khomesh.
Families were under siege in the nearby apartments. Heavy clashes began. The forces fired live rounds, teargas, rubber bullets and stun grenades into houses, blocked medical aid from accessing the besieged area, prevented an ambulance (which was coordinated through the mediation of the Red Cross) from evacuating a sick elderly woman and fired live rounds at the ambulance.
They surrounded the Rafidia Hospital and fired teargas into the compound. They shot at journalists. Cars were hit and burned by teargas canisters. Suffocation injuries inside the houses. The Palestinians also fired live rounds and set off improvised explosive devices on military vehicles.
At 3:30 in the morning the apartment was blown up. One dead, two injured by live bullets, three injured by rubber bullets, one injured by a deliberate run over by a military jeep, one suffered burns, 175 suffocation injuries, including a 3 month old baby, who was injured while sleeping in his bed.
Saturday early morning, another raid, this time to detain a Shahid's brother.
7. Zababdeh, south of Jenin, Thursday. A night raid and clashes, including exchange of fire.
8. Meithalun, south of Jenin, Thursday. A night raid. Detention. House searches.
9. Az-Zuweidin, East of Yatta. A raid on the homes of the Hassan and Abdel Karim in Albasiya brothers. The searches caused extensive damage to property. The forces threatened to detain the brothers, should they try to reach their lands, located where the military aims to declare as military zone.
10. Night raids and searches with no arrests: Aqraba, Qalqilya, al-Azariya, Yatma, Dayr Sharaf, Araba, Bir al-Basha, Marka, Jalbun, Jalamah, al-Khader, Kafr Dan, Al-Yamun, Deir al-Hatab, Shuafat Refugee Camp.
11. Hebron, Friday. A raid on the Al-Manshar area. Confrontations. Suffocation injuries.
12. Beita, south of Nablus, Friday morning. Raid. Confrontations. Massive firing of teargas and stun grenades. At noon, the forces fire tear gas during the weekly march to protest the land grab in Jabel Sabih. Early Saturday morning, another raid on the town. Confrontations. Teargas and stun grenades.
13. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron. A raid on the town during Friday. Clashes began and the army fired live bullets, rubber bullets and teargas. Two wounded by live ammunition, among them the journalist Ihab Al Alami (a resident of the town), who was wearing a Press identification vest. He was Moderately injured. According to him, the soldier aimed directly at him. The army's verson - they shot in the air. El Allami is the second journalist shot in a week. He was preceded by Muamen Samrin who was seriously injured by a bullet to the head.
14. Bethlehem, Friday night raid. House search and detention.
15. The Old City of Jerusalem, Friday at noon. Standing in solidarity with the couple Mustafa (72) and Nora (68) Sub Laban who are facing eviction, after a long and unsuccessful legal battle against Ateret Cohanim organization, that took over the building. Since 2016, the Supreme Court has prohibited the presence of children and grandchildren in the house, to deny the couple the right for defence through third-generation presence. Only the couple lives in the house.
Since Sunday, June 11, activists have been staying with the family at their home. During the protest on Sunday, the police attacked the demonstrators, who were also the target of racist chants and provocations by settlers, acting under the umbrella provided by the police.
16. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, Friday. During the weekly protest march against the blockade of the main road and the lands confiscation, clashes began. Three were injured by rubber bullets and others by suffocation.
17. Saffa, west of Ramallah, on Friday. A protest march over the planned expropriation of 100 acres of the village's land, to build an industrial park for the settlers.
18. Bayt Dajan, east of Nablus, Friday. In the weekly protest march against land confiscation, seven were suffocated, and a minor was injured from a teargas canister burns on his back.
19. Krayot, south of Nablus, Friday. As in every week, the settlers take over the village spring, under the umbrella of the army. Clashes began. Suffocation injuries.
20. Tuqu', southeast of Bethlehem. Clashes on Friday evening, in the antiquities area of Khirbet Tuqu’. The army fired live ammunition.
21. Faqqu'a, northeast of Jenin, Friday evening. Clashes in the village.
22. The old Askar Refugee Camp, east of Nablus. Saturday early morning raid to detain a wanted person. Confrontations. Intentionally running over injury by a military jeep, and suffocation injuries.
23. Nur Shams Refugee Camp, east of Tulkarm. Saturday early morning raid for a detention of a wanted person. No arrests made. Clashes and exchange of fire.
24. Beit Furik, east of Nablus, Saturday morning. Raid on the town and clashes. The forces fired teargas at the governmental health clinic, and caused suffocation injuries among the staff. A Palestinian was injured by a gas canister to his leg.
25. Silat al-Harithiya, west of Jenin, Saturday early morning. Raid for detention. The forces raided a house and called the wanted person to turn himself in. No arrests made. Confrontations and suffocation injuries.
26. Jenin. A raid on the city near the refugee camp. A raid on the house of an ex-convict and an arrest. Clashes including exchange of fire. The Palestinians threw improvised explosive devices. A Palestinian was wounded by live ammunition to his hand.
Demolitions, Confiscations and Blockades
1. Beit Safafa, East Jerusalem. The municipality removed the golden dome of the Al-Rahman Mosque.
2. Silwan, Wadi Qaddum, demolition of a building.
3. The Jordan Valley. Blocking the routes connecting the communities east of Tubas to Highway 578. Restricting movement and access for Palestinians to the fields. No restrictions for settlers.
4. Beit Jala, northeast of Bethlehem. Demolition of Maher Zarina's house for the fifth time.
5. Umm el-Jimal, north of the Jordan Valley. Confiscation of residential tents, demolition of corrals and barracks and damage to equipment. The inhabitants slept outdoor in the absence of a shelter. The community is a target of settlers' attacks and military harassment, to cause voluntary abandonment, like the Ein Samiya and Ras al-Tin communities.
6. al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah. Placing an iron gate at the eastern (main) entrance.
7. Az-Zuweidin, East of Yatta. Stoppage of a construction of a residential house and confiscation of a bulldozer.
8. Sanniriya, south of Qalqilya. Bulldozers flattened soil and uprooted olive trees south of the village, as part of the land expropriation process, for the expansion of the Etz Efraim settlement.

1. Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin. An improvised explosive device at one of the checkpoints around the town.

Settles attacks on Palestinians
1. Tha'la, East of Yatta. Settlers attacked shepherds, beating them and preventing them from reaching the pastures under gunpoint, and grazed their herds on Palestinian fields, to damage the crop.
2. Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah. Residents of Ein Samiya who were expelled gathered together. The settlers attacked them, and the army fired stun grenades and live rounds at them.
3. Turmus Aya, northeast of Ramallah. Settlers trampled trees, and then attacked houses, secured by the army.
4. Sheikh Jarrah, East Jerusalem. Indictment for a Jew who attacked a Palestinian and hit him on the head with an iron rod, because he was socializing with a young jewish woman, in the public park in Sheikh Jarrah.
